"I recently visited Decathlon and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. After selecting an item, the staff member at the billing vounter asked me to take the article to the first floor to get it cleaned by a helper and then come back to the ground floor for billing. I requested him to please ask one of his team members to get it cleaned instead, as it would have been more convenient and customer-friendly. However, he refused and insisted that I do it myself. As a customer, I expect better coordination and support from the staff. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service experience."
